wad a day la.... oh man these few dayz are madness! Mad rushes everywhere....
ok frm ytd..... ytd was full dress rehearsal for NDP.... ok the contingents are better... but still not really there..... going to have extra training for them. I do hope they will train hard.... even on their own. Like juz practise la.... go thru the procedure in the mind once... know the commands, execute them well.... oh man.... i so so hope they do understand all that we taught la....
Ok for ytd's training I wasn't really on the field.... were on the terraces aligning the contingents to the centre.... and the starting position was like super super out can. Really can't believe it la.... omg.. at least 3 ranks out can.... it's so so ugly can.... i was like saying move to ur left 3 ranks into the WALKIE TALKIE :) can.... LOL.... the whole rehearsal was focused on alignment la.... cuz the markers for the previous time was removed.... that's the problem.... but now it's nailed onto the grd, so guess should be ok.... And oh.... I was like ALWAYS asking St John 1st rank frm the left of the contingent, 2nd and 3rd row to shift to the right.... they all are totally out.... then look awfully awkward. But then.... I have told Jeremy abt it... so guess prob will be solved.... haha. I trust him la.
Then training ended late.... was supposed to be ard 6.30pm let them go... we kept them till 7+.... oops.... haha.... then quickly ask them go home... so funny la.... (ok, maybe not that funni....) Then got some parents making their presence known and sorta like "rushing" us to let the cadets off. Ok... I noe how u feel la... I have been thru even later ones.... but i dunno la.... I dun feel quite right abt trhem rushing us when we are already rushing ourselves, and we do noe the time can... I was like already asking them to be faster le lorz.... wad else can i do? LOL.... But nvm la... parents are noble... haha
Today was madness (too) cuz it was the legendary LECTURE DAY! every thurs is lecture day... as in lecture series run for continuous 2 hrs then lab work then lecture again... LOL. But today's was diff. The first lecture was so so informative tat no one could take it la... then 2nd lecture went so fast we can't catch up, bio prac was like huh got colour meh in onion peel in the microscope, then last lecture was lecture test... how fun can a day get.... i dun tink anyone survived without falling asleep for even a while juz now... haha....
And oh extraordinary! Tis happened ytd la... during maths lecture.... I was like surrounded by "sleepers"... LOL... my row got 3 ppl sleeping la! LOL... i was like madly tapping everyone and asknig them to sit up straight and dun sleep (responsible maths rep, oops tat's a bit ego... haha), cuz we are sitting at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row, then it is damn obvious if we sleep la can.... legendary lorz.... broke the record of waking 2 person up at a time... i woke 3 up at a time.... ahaha....
NDP's in 6 days' time! I am so so excited. Wow in a blink of an eye 2 yrs passed le lorz.... since i marched in NP cont in 2004. so fast la..... Still misses u all as much.
Oh Falcon outing is coming! So looking forward to it! Miss u all as much, and even more!!! haha
